Easter is one of my favorite holidays. Temperatures are usually starting to warm back up and Spring is in the air. Trees and plants are coming back to life as tulips and the like start poking their heads out to say hello for another season. While I haven’t tried the Cool Whip frostings yet, I know they have to be wonderful as Cool Whip is a brand that has been used in my family ever since I can remember. I continue to use it in my own kitchen for a variety of tasty treats. I just love that this frosting comes in a variety of flavors – even including cream cheese. I think I just might have to whip up some green or pink velvet cupcakes to try it out on! I think it would also be great to have at parties for kids to decorate their own cupcakes and/or cookies.
